Vice-President. General Engineer. Director: Dr. MA Xin, member of America Welding Society. Nov. 2003, Our Vice-president, General Engineer Director of the R&D Center, Dr Maxin has been honored to the Vice Director, Brazing, Soldering & Special Joining Committee, CWS; Director, Sub-committee on Lead-free Soldering Technology, CWS. He received Ph. D. from Harbin Institute of Technology, P. R. China and was awarded as post-doctoral research fellow in Hiroshima University, Japan. From 1993, he was involved in the research work on soldering and micro joining technology. In this field, he has published over than 40 academic papers in reviewed journals and international conferences. Dr. Ma received the award of "Best Paper of Proceedings" in 2000 International Brazing and Soldering Conference, Albuquerque, NM, USA; "Best Ph. D. Dissertation in 2000-2001 academic year" from Harbin Institute of Technology.
