YIKST solder bar is made from high purity metal. By means of strict quality control and vacuum deoxidization treatment, the oxide and metallic & non-metallic impurities are effectively minimized. The available high purity solder bar is with uniform and glazed surface, good wetting and spreading ability after molten, bright joint and minimum oxide residue after soldering. Our product is suitable for wave and handwork soldering with high quality requirement.

  How to join pure tin to the solder stove

   

The formation of tin oxide is easier than lead oxide.  Therefore, tin oxide is major in the dross and thus Sn percentage in the solder bath will decrease under certain high temperature. It is necessary to regularly add pure tin into the solder bath in order to guarantee an exact alloy composition.

  The reaction is as follows:

   

2Pb+O2   2PbO

Sn+O2      SnO2

Standard free energy of oxide formation under 227°{xC

PbO: -168,7 kJ/g atom

SnO2: -239.7kJ/g atom

EXAMPLE: Total alloy weight in the solder bath is 500kg

Lead-free solder bar

For the coming times of lead-free electronic assembly, we highly recommend our Sn-0.7Cu solder bar for your wave soldering. Specific refine and anti-oxidation technology, have been used in production. The Pb content is strictly controlled to be below 1000ppm. It will be helpful for you to smoothly transfer to Lead-free processing.

High anti-oxidation solder bar

Suitable for soldering temperature up to 300 ℃, liquid solder has a mirror-like surface. Short wetting time and higher spreading ratio than the normal solder. Due to the addition of anti-oxidant,  bright solder joint can be obtained. This product is suitable for wave soldering and hot dip tinning/soldering. We provide several alloy compositions for yourchoice.

High temperature solder bar

Even under high temperature as 450 ℃, the liquid solder can keep a silvery white mirror-like surface. The amount of solder dross is only 1/7 of that in the case of common solder bar.  This product is suitable for wave soldering and hot dip tinning/soldering, especially for coil tinning in the manufacture process of transformer. Due to the feature of low solder dross, defect in the solder joints and maintenance of solder bath can be reduced and thus producing cost can be saved. We provide several alloy compositions for your choice.
